To protect the rights and interests of customers, our company will launch the "Product Anti Counterfeiting Query System" from October 1, 2019. Customers can enter the system through the three query methods on the anti-counterfeiting label, enter the anti-counterfeiting code on the anti-counterfeiting label, and then check the authenticity of the purchased product:

1、 Style of anti-counterfeiting label

At present, all our products use anti-counterfeiting labels of the same specification, with dimensions of 30mm in length and 20mm in width; Composed of our company name (in white), serial number, query method, query QR code, and anti-counterfeiting code (hidden). (As shown in the figure below)

2、 Anti counterfeiting code style

Our company uses a combination of letters and numbers as the unique anti-counterfeiting code for our products. Currently, there are two styles as follows:

One is a pure combination of numbers, consisting of 12 randomly generated digits, such as 9847, 9187, and 8701

One is a combination of letters and numbers, consisting of the first two letters and the last 12 randomly generated digits, for example: SN 9847 9187 8701

3、 Query method:

For the convenience of customers' inquiries, three query methods are currently provided: website inquiry, mobile scanning inquiry, and 400 phone inquiry

Website search: http://www.patx-fw.top

Scan code query: Use WeChat to scan the QR code to enter the query series, and then enter the anti-counterfeiting code.

Phone inquiry: Open the inquiry phone number 400 800 5064. Currently, phone calls are only supported from 9am to 17pm on weekdays. There is no customer service on duty during the rest of the time.

4、 Query steps

After scanning the QR code with a browser or WeChat, open the query interface (as shown below), enter the anti-counterfeiting code under the coating and the verification code in the input box, click the query button, and the query results will be displayed.

1. The anti-counterfeiting code you are searching for is the original genuine product of Shenzhen Ping'an Tianxia Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. The product is a handheld metal detector AT2008:

A) The anti-counterfeiting code is completely consistent with the product name and model: Congratulations, you have purchased our genuine product;

B) The anti-counterfeiting code may not match the product name and model, and it is also possible that it is a counterfeit.

2. The anti-counterfeiting code you have queried has been queried N times: if it is a brand new product or if you (a related party) have not queried it yourself, it means that this product may be counterfeit;

3. The anti-counterfeiting code you inquired about does not exist or has expired: This indicates that the product with this anti-counterfeiting code is not produced and sold by our company, and may be counterfeit.

When it appears that the product is not genuine, please first request a purchase receipt from your seller, and then ask the seller to provide our company's authorized proof documents. And call our after-sales service hotline 4008005064 for further verification.
